Before you borrow...
Do we need to know how to use a camcorder?
Not at all. We send a simple guide, but they are point-and-shoot. If you can press a button, you can film your wedding.
Who actually films the wedding?
Whoever you want. Pick them up yourselves, pass them around or put a few trusted people in charge. How the cameras move through the day is completely up to you.
What if the footage isn't perfect?
That is exactly the point. The shakiness and accidental zooms are what make it feel like a real memory, not a production.
What if something important doesn't get filmed?
Because we're not there operating the cameras, we can't guarantee that particular moments will be captured. If there's something you absolutely want recorded, we recommend making someone responsible for filming it.
What if a camera gets damaged?
Standard wear and tear is expected. For peace of mind, we offer Optional Equipment Protection during the booking process.
